石油进口路径安全是石油安全的有机组成部分，是国家能源安全战略的重要内容。能源安全与能源（石油）进口运输安全密不可分。石油运输线因向工业输送源源不断的“血液”而被称为“工业的生命线”。1993年中国成为石油净进口国。随着中国进口石油数量的增多，对外依存度的增大，有关中国石油进口运输的安全问题也突显出来。近些年来，关于中国能源（石油）安全方面的著作颇丰。

Rout security of importing Petroleum is an important content of the strategy of energetic security. In the importing transportation by sea of China＇s Petroleum, there exist some problems, such as single transporting pattern, more hidden security troubles and so on. By means of carrying out multi-rout of importation, enhancing the scale of Chinese fleet and its carrying capacity and so on, we can further be sure the smooth and security of importing transportation of Chinese Petroleum.
