摘要
1965年法国教育家保罗·郎格朗在巴黎召开的国家成人教育推进委员会上正式提出了“终身教育”理念,这一思想迅速得到世界各国的认同,教师成为最先感受终身教育的社会职业之一。为此,发达国家普遍拓宽了师范教育的范围,引进了“教师教育”的理念,将“终身教育”的概念引人教师教育领域,将职前教师培养和在职教师培训有机结合,使教师教育终身化,贯穿教师职业生涯的整个过程。在此背景下,教师专业化受到了人们的高度重视,成为一个日益引人注目的研究领域。
Teacher is a profession that bears the characteristic of making the life of whole human beings and the teacher himself/herself better. Teacher- specialization is the tendency of the future development, it is not only a kind of affirmation of the profession qualification, but also the self-motivated pursue for life-long education. Life- long education should start with teachers. That is to say, teachers should regard the process of work as one of learning, and vise versa. At the same time, both work and learning are part of teachers" life. Life-long education is the tendency of teacher profession development, and the natural requirement of teacher specialization.
