The concept of scientific development is an outlook to guide China＇s social development. Chinese sports culture development needs the guidance of a scientific concept. Using the scientific development concept to guide sports culture is to adhere to the people-oriented principle, to enhence the dominant position of sports participants, their enthusiasm,initiativeness and creativity, to achieve the eventual purpose and destination of human development, to realize all-found continual and coordinated development of sports culture.
