摘要
根据戴明循环,阐述了教学质量监控体系的戴明循环管理要点,按照戴明循环的"计划—实施—检查—行动"四个步骤,构建了基于戴明循环的教学质量监控体系和运行模式,指出了在教学质量管理中,要坚持教师的主体地位,避免简单化地使用企业的管理方式,建立适合学校实际情况的教学质量监控体系.
Based on Deming Circulatory Theory, the article expounds the main points of the Theory in teaching quality monitoring system and how to construct teaching quality monitoring system and its mode according to the four steps of Deming Circulatory Theory "Plan-Do-Check-Action" (PDCA). It also points out that in the administration of teaching quality, teachers' predominant status must be upheld, monotonous imitation of the way of enterprise management avoided and the teaching quality monitoring framework suited to the actual conditions of the school established.
