Determination of Active Ingredient in New Type Herbicide 3.6% Atlantis by HPLC

开发了高效液相色谱技术外标法测定新型除草剂阔世玛(Atlantis)的有效成分。色谱柱:Waters RP18 150mm×3.9mm,5μm;流动相:A为乙腈-0.01mol/L磷酸(体积比32∶68),B为乙腈,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0mL/min;柱温:40.0℃;进样量:5μL;检测波长:233nm。回收率99%～101%,精密度0.10%。

Determination of active ingredient in new type herbicide Atlantis was established using high performance liquid chromatograph （HPLC）. Waters RP18 column（150 mm×3.9 mm,5 μm） was used with column temperature at 40 °C and detection at 233 nm. Mobile phase： A was acetonitrile/0.01 mol/L（32∶68,by vol）,B was acetonitrile,flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,inject volume was 5 μL. The recovery was between 99%-101%. The precision was 0.10% and 0.12% respectively.
