摘要 电力系统中电网设备的正确操作是电网安全经济运行的重要保证。针对目前防误操作系统存在的设计隐患及操作流程中隐含的操作安全问题,提出了理想的约束防误系统。并根据系统状态的实时性、防误范围全网性、操作流程控制全程性、智能校验全面性、功能可扩展性、用户需求可自定义性的要求,建立了一套实用的电网企业新型防误操作系统。介绍了该系统的设计情况,阐述了该系统的约束检查机制、系统在软件和硬件方面的实现和产生的图形界面。该系统的使用可大大降低误操作的可能性。 The correct manipulation of power equipment in power system is an important guarantee for safe and economic operation of the power grid. Directing against hidden troubles existing in the design of anli-misoperalion system at present, as well as safe manipulation problem contained vaguely in operation process, an ideal constrained anti-misoperation system has been put forward. A set of practical new-type anti-misoperation system for the power grid enterprises has been established on the basis of real-time in system status, anti-misoperation range covers the entire grid, integrated control of the operation process, total intelligent verification, extendable ability of the functions, and self-definable requirements of users, etc. The design of the said system has been presented, the constrained inspection mechanism of the said system, as well as realization of software and hardware in the system and the graphic interface produced is expounded. Application of the said system can greatly decrease the possibility of misoperation.
