Drying-out Technology for Large-scale Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler

循环流化床锅炉烘炉是循环流化床锅炉炉内大量耐火、耐磨材料烧结成型,并达到耐火、耐磨、热震稳定性、高温抗压性的关键。结合秦皇岛电厂2×300MW机组的烘炉经验,着重介绍大型循环流化床锅炉的无焰烘炉工艺过程及应注意的问题。

The drying-out of circulating fluidized bed （CFB） boiler is a crux for sintering a large amount of refractory and wearresistant materials in furnace of CFB boiler into formation, and achieving flame resistance, abrasion resistance, thermal shock stability and high-temperature compressive strength. Combining with the drying-out experience of boilers for 2x300 MW units in Qinhuangdao power plant, the technological process and problems needing to pay attention of flameless drying-out of large-scale CFB boilers have been emphatically presented.
