Study on Standard Management in Electric Power Enterprises

在实施国家电网公司"集团化运作、集约化发展、精细化管理和标准化建设"管理目标的前提下,针对企业管理现状,从管理标准的作用和意义、管理标准与其他管理体系的关系等方面,对电力企业管理标准进行研究与探讨。

Under prerequisite of implementing management target proposed from State Power Grid Corporation, namely ＂operation in groups, development in intensification, management in circumspectness, and establishment in standardization＂, and directing against status of the enterprise management, a study on and an approach to standard management in electric power enterprises have been carried out from aspects such as the effect and significance of standard management, the relationship among standard management and other management systems etc.
