摘要
榆林市"十一五"期间的经济社会发展是跨越式的,也是电力需求大幅增长的重要时期,作为国民经济基础产业的电力也受到了体制及电源发展滞后等因素的影响,"电力先行"陷入困境。本文分析了榆林地区目前电力市场的现状,提出了未来电力市场发展模式的几点建议。
The economic and social development in the period of ＂eleventh five year plan＂ at Yulin Area will be a stride-across mode, and an important period of power demand increasing by a big margin. As a basic industry of national economy, electric power is also subjected to influence of organization system and lagging-behind of electric source development, etc., making ＂electric power go ahead＂ to be immersed in difficulty. The status of power market in Yulin Area at present has been analysed, and several recommendations of power maker development mode in the future is put forward.
