将网络时代的档案信息资源概括为"纸质档案资源、‘电子商务和电子政务’环境下的电子档案资源及网络档案信息资源"三部分;论述了网络环境下档案信息资源开发的具体措施,并对数字化档案进行了展望。
From the view point of development ways, archives information resources in the network age can be categorized into three large parts, namely paper archives resources, electronic archives resources under ＂two electric＂ circumstance, and network information resources. The concrete measures for developing archives information resources under network circumstance have been expounded, finally, a prospect of digitalized archives being carried out.
