老年急性白血病34例化疗分析

Analysis on chemotherapy for thirty-four older patients with acute leukemia

目的评价老年急性白血病化疗治疗的疗效。方法34例老年急性白血病患者,采用增减标准方案中药物剂量或药物组合的个体化化疗方案诱导治疗。结果34例老年急性白血病中,完全缓解15例(44.1%),部分缓解8例(23.5%),总有效率(67.6%),无效11例(32.4%),其中1例发生诱导治疗相关死亡(2.9%)。结论个体化化疗治疗老年急性白血病,总有效率较高,治疗相关死亡率低,并发症少,是老年急性白血病的一个理想治疗手段。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of chemotherapy for older patients with acute leukemia. Methods Thirty-four older patients with acute leukemia received induction chemotherapy by adding or decreasing drug dose or ingredient in the standard proposal. Results The total effective rate was （67. 6 %）. Fifteen of thirty-four patients were complete remission（44. 1%）, eight were partial remission（23.5 % ）,eleven were nonremission（32.4 % ）and one was induction related death （2.9 % ）. Conclusion Individual chemotherapy could be used as ideal treatment for older patients with acute leukemia owing to its relatively high total remission rate,low induction related death and complication.
