电喷镀Ni-纳米PTFE复合镀层工艺的研究

摘要 采用高速电喷镀技术制备Ni-纳米PTFE复合镀层。研究了分散形式和喷镀工艺对纳米PTFE颗粒在电喷镀液中均匀稳定分散及镀覆过程的影响,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电子探针微区成分分析仪(EPM)、红外光谱等方法研究了纳米PTFE在复合镀层中的存在形式和镀层的形貌特征。结果表明,分散剂在PTFE的分散过程中起着重要作用,PTFE颗粒以纳米尺度均匀分布于镀层基体中。 A Ni/nano-PTFE composite plating layer was prepared by electro-spraying plating. The effect of dispersion factors on the stability of the Ni/nano-PTFE composite electro-spraying bath was investigated. The effect of plating process on the microstructure of the composite coating was studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM), electron prone micro-analyzer (EPM) and infrared spectroscopy (IS). The experiment showed that the surfactant was a key factor to the stability of the composite plating bath. FEGE-SEM, EPM and IS tests showed that PTFE particles were dispersed uniformly in scale of nanometer in the composite plating.
