摘要
分析了齿轮的服役条件、失效形式和高速柴油机传动齿轮的选材及表面强化工艺,指出,40Cr钢制MWM234柴油机凸轮轴齿轮经调质处理后进行液体氮碳共渗,不仅能满足性能要求,而且成本较低。
Service conditions and failure forms of gears as well as material selection and surface strengthening processes for transmission gears of high-speed diesel were analyzed. The analysis indicated that quenching and tempering and subsequently bath nitrocarburizing will enable not only performances of the 40Cr steel camshaft gears of MWM234 diesel to be qualified but also production cost to be decreased.
