Selection of high frequency induction heating units and establishment of heat treatment process refer to that to current frequency, specific power, heating method, heating power, heating time or moving speed of continuous quenching, quenchant and cooling parameter and tempering parameter and so on are to be determined according to kind, dimension and shape of workpieces as well as hardened layer depth and other heat treatment requirements.
