摘要
设计了以可编程控制器(PLC)为核心的箱式热处理炉温度控制系统,包括硬件设计、控制程序设计及其调试,并以45钢零件的等温球化退火工艺为例,介绍了该炉温控制系统的具体应用。
The temperature control system with programmable logic controller（PLC）as core for box furnace, including hardware system, temperature control program and its debugging, was discussed. Taking an isothermal spheroidizing annealing process for 45 steel parts as an example, the application of the temperature control system was introduced.
