摘要
医院是具有高风险的行业,在医院的经营过程中存在着多种风险,在各类风险因素中,人力资源危机是其中一个很重要的危机源,文章分析了医院中人力资源危机的原因、特点,并有针对性地提出了应对策略。
Hospital faced a coupe of risks and human resource crisis was an important risk in hospital management. Reasons and characteristics of hospital human resource crisis were analyzed and suggestions were mentioned.
