摘要
介绍了油罐车发生火灾的主要原因:放松了对车驾人员的安全管理,油罐车上配备的安全附件不足或不完好,油品装卸不按规程办事及静电接地装置达不到技术标准等。针对发生火灾的原因,提出了要做好油库加油站相关作业人员的安全培训,规范相关人员的装卸作业,整改有缺陷的油库发货工艺,并保证静电接地装置和卸油静电报警器安全有效等项措施。
Tank fires are attributed to the concept of attaching importance to profits and taking light of management,failure to follow unloading procedure and failure to reach static grounding standard.Based on the causes for the fires, measures such as safety training,rectifying unloading operation and imperfect delivery process, ensuring static grounding equipment and unloading alarm effect are recommended.
