摘要
就加油站实现"零"损耗问题进行了探讨,分析了油品在进、销、存各个环节可能出现的损耗,提出了具体措施:要严格进货验收,计量准确;加强设备巡检,避免非正常损耗;加强计量器具管理和计量员培训,完善加油站油品损耗补偿制度。
How to realize zero oil loss is discussed. Possible loss at the course of charging,selling,and storage is analyzed.Measures such as strict charge check,accurate gauging,regular inspection on equipment to avoid abnormal loss,training of gaugers and perfect loss compensation system are recommended.
