新鲜羊膜移植术治疗儿童早期严重眼化学伤的观察及护理

Observation and nursing for children with eye chemical damage when cared by amnion transplantation

目的探讨新鲜羊膜移植术治疗儿童早期严重眼化学伤的可行性并对护理效果进行评价。方法选择严重早期眼化学伤的患儿30例（42眼）,分为2组各15例,治疗组给予新鲜羊膜移植术治疗,对照组给予常规治疗,随访1年,比较患儿视力和眼球主要并发症的发生情况。结果治疗组15例（28眼）患儿术后新鲜羊膜植片未见发生急性排斥反应未发生感染。治疗组患儿伤后视力不同程度的提高较对照组明显。术后并发症发生情况亦显著优于对照组。结论新鲜羊膜移植术可用于重建患儿早期严重化学伤后眼表微环境,可有效减轻眼表炎性反应,减少眼化学伤后的严重并发症,为患儿进一步治疗争取宝贵的时间。

Objective In order to investigate the safety of fresh amniotic membrane transplantation for children with eye chemical damage and evaluate the effect of nursing. Methods Divided 30 cases （42 eyes） of children patients with severe eye chemical damage at the early stage into the therapy group （15 cases）and control group （15 cases）randomly. Children in therapy group were performed by the fresh amniotic membrane transplantation, while the routine surgery were used for control group. The vision acurity and main complications of eye ball were observed for one year. Results No acute rejection and no inflammation occured after fresh amniotic membrane transplantation in 30 cases （42 eyes）. The vision acurity was improved by various degrees in the therapy. The main complications of eye ball were greatly reduced. Conclusions Fresh amniotic membrane transplantation can be used to reconstruct the ocular surface microenviroment after severe eye chemical damage of children. Such transplantation can reduce ocular surface inflammation and main complications of eye ball.
