摘要
对芒果生物学特性进行简述,指出采收成熟度、果面污染、采收机械伤、生理病害、微生物侵染是影响芒果商品质量的关键因素;并针对各种影响因素提出减轻贮藏损失的具体技术措施。且对当前低温冷藏、气调贮藏、辐照、减压贮藏等各种保鲜技术进行归纳与评述。
This paper summarized the mango biological character. Harvest maturing, surface pollution of mango, harvest injury, physiological disease and microorganism infection were the key factors of mango quality. It commented on some storage technology, such as pre-harvest prevention, harvest and post-harvest freshkeeping. The last section summed up cold temperature, controlled atmosphere, irradiation and decompression on the mango storage. It afforded some advice for the mango production.
