经鼻内镜治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤18例

Endoscopic sinus surgery for inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses

目的：探讨内镜下切除鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的效果。方法：对18例鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者行鼻内镜手术。结果：随访1～4.5年,仅1例复发。结论：鼻内镜治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤有多视角、清晰度高、损伤小、不毁容等优点。

Objective： To explore the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. Method： 18 patients with inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and paranosal sinuses were operated on by endoscopic sinus surgery. Result： During a follow-up of 1-4.5 years only one recunrred. Conclusion： Endoscopic sinus surgery has advantages of clear field and little injury and therefore it is effective for inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity.
