摘要
目的:探讨分组模式在肿瘤专科医院手术室管理中应用的效果。方法:结合我院现状,将手术室护士按业务水平、年龄、职称等进行专科分组,并实行弹性工作制。结果:通过满意度测评,分组后手术医生满意度有明显提高。结论:通过护理分组管理,定期轮转,使手术医生对各专科组配合质量有了更加明确、直观的对比、评价。各专科组长积极征求相关科室意见,定期反馈,使科室与科室之间及时交流,提高了手术护理质量与效率。
Objective: To explore the effects of the mode of grouping management to nurses in operation rooms in cancer hospitals. Method: Based on the current condition of our hospital, nurses in operation rooms were divided into different groups according to their professional level, age, professional post title, etc. Flexible shifts were implemented. Results: The satisfactory degree of surgeons was significantly improved after the implementation of new management mode to nurses. Conclusion: The comparison and evaluation to the cooperation quality of different nurse groups from surgeons became more clear and direct, through grouping management to nurses in operation rooms and station changing periodically. The suggestions and feedback from the related departments were collected regularly by the head nurse of every nurse group, making the communication between departments more effective and timely. The quality of peri-operation nursing and the work efficiency were improved as well.
