我院对临床专科护士工作自我评价调查分析

An investigation and analysis on the self-evaluation of clinical specialty nurses in our hospital

目的:评估临床专科护士工作现状,为进一步开展专科护理工作打下基础。方法:采取自制调查问卷的方式,由临床专科护士对其工作情况进行自评。结果:全部专科护士对自身工作均表示认同,但认为在科研、教学及学习新知识、新技术方面仍有欠缺。结论:应在培养专科护理,专科理论、技能的同时增强科研意识,并有计划地安排专科护士外出学习新知识、新技术,不断提高专科护士水平。

Objective： To assess the work status of clinical specialty nurses to ground for developing specialty nursing further. Method： Doing self-evaluation by clinical specialty nurses through a self-designed questionnaire. Results： All of the specialty nurses identified with their own work, but there were deficiencies in the fields of scientific research, teaching and continuous study about new knowledge and new techniques. Conclusion： The consciousness of scientific research should be strengthened among specialty nurses when cultivating their abilities in specialty nursing, specialty theory and techniques. To enhance their specialty level, specialty nurses should be sent to study new knowledge and new techniques.
