高职公共实训基地建设与共享策略研究

Study on the Construction of Public Practice Training Base in Higher Vocational Schools and Sharing Strategy

高职教育国家公共实训基地体系应根据技术发展周期、职业结构、技术层次构建；公共实训基地建设应依据职业岗位标准并充分运用市场竞争机制进行，要强化基地信息化建设，建立基地共享机制；政府应进一步完善政策法规，创新投融资机制，为基地建设与共享营造良好的外部环境。

The system of national public practice training base should construct according to the period of technology development, vocation structure and technology level. The construction should be based on the standard of professional post and make full use of market competition mechanism, we have to strengthen the information construction of base to establish base-sharing mechanism. The government should further perfect policies and regulations, innovative financing mechanism and create a favorable external environment for the constructing and sharing.
