呼唤式护理干预对颅脑损伤致昏迷患者的影响

Effect of call treatment nursing mode on coma patients from craniocerebral injuries

目的观察呼唤式护理干预对颅脑损伤致昏迷患者的影响。方法选择格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)≤8分的颅脑损伤昏迷患者60例,随机分为实验组及对照组各30例,对照组采用常规护理方法,实验组患者在常规护理的基础上,增加呼唤式护理干预方法。结果实验组患者昏迷转清醒率较对照组明显增加(P<0.05),清醒时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.01),GOS评分优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论呼唤式护理干预能加速患者清醒,减少致残率,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of call treatment nursing mode on coma patients from craniocerebral injuries. Methods Sixty coma cases from craniocerebral injury whose GCS were all ≤ 8, were divided into two groups： the study group （30 cases） and the control group （30 cases）. The control group received routine nursing care and the study group received call treatment nursing mode besides regular nursing care. Result Compared with the control group, the wakefulness rate, wakefulness time and GCS in the study group were significantly improved （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The call treatment nursing mode could wake up coma patients from craniocerebral injuries more quickly, reduce the rate of mutilation and thereby improve their quality of life.
