摘要 目的了解北京市城区产科护士的工作压力状况、主要压力源及相关因素。方法采用问卷调查法,对北京市城区6家三级甲等医院从事产科护理工作一年以上的护士的工作压力状况进行调查。结果北京市城区产科护士的工作压力源依次为护理专业及工作本身的问题,工作量及时间分配问题,工作环境及资源问题,护理方面的问题,管理与人际关系问题。一般资料中,只有年龄、职位两项因素与工作压力源的个别条目呈负相关。结论北京市城区产科护士在护理工作中存在多种压力源,而这些压力源大部分需要通过社会的关注以及领导的重视而得以缓解和消除。 Objective To explore sources of work pressure on maternity nurses in the urban areas of Beijing and their correlative factors. Method 120 registered nurses working in obstetric wards of six First-class Grade A hospitals in the urban areas of Beijing, were invited to complete a questionnaire on work pressure. Results The findings showed that professional and career issues were the most frequently encountered sources of pressure among obstetric nurses, followed by workload and time pressure, resource and environmental problem, patient care, interpersonal relationships and management issues in a descending order. Some negative correlations were found only between the nurses' age, position and some work pressure items. Conclusions There are many sources of work pressure in obstetric staff nurses' nursing job and most of them can be eliminated by social support as well as leaders' concerns about the nurses.
