针刺足三里对磁共振脑功能成像影响的研究 被引量:31

STUDY ON EFFECT OF ACUPUNCTURING ZUSANLI (ST36) ON BRAIN FUNCTION BY APPLYING fMRI

摘要 目的:采用磁共振脑功能成像技术观察针刺足三里穴时的中枢反应,初步探讨针灸效应的机制。方法:利用fMRI技术实时观察针刺11例健康志愿者足三里时脑血流的变化,用SPM2软件进行处理分析。结果:在右侧顶下小叶、右侧中央前回、右侧扣带回、半球间结构(A处)、左额叶皮层下结构和左侧岛叶出现脑功能活动的增加,在半球间结构(B处)、右侧侧脑室区、左侧前扣带回处出现脑功能活动的降低。结论:fMRI可显示针刺穴位时相关脑区的功能改变情况,对揭示针灸效应的机理和应用价值具有重要作用。 Objective:Applying functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI) technique to ob serve the effect of acupuncturing zusanli(st36) on brain function,to discuss the mechanism of acupuncture effects,Methods:11 volunteers were acupunctured zusanli(st36) points,meanwhile their brain function was examined by fMRI,the experimental data was analyzed by SPM2,cerebral blood flow was observed.Results:There were certain increase of cerebral blood flow in right inferior pa rietal lobule,right precentral gyrus,right cingulate gyrus,inter-hemispheric(partA),sub-gyral of left frontal lobe,left insula and certain decrease in inte r-hemispheric(partB),right lateral ventricle,left anterior cingulated when acu puncturing zusanli(st36).Conclusion:fMRI is able to show the changes of brain function when acupuncturin g zusanli(st36),it is a useful technique in exploring the acup uncture mechanism.
