不同阶段护理专业学生自主学习能力的调查 被引量:38

摘要 目的:了解在校学习期间和实习期间2个阶段护理专业学生自主学习能力的状况。方法:采用《护理专业大学生自主学习能力测评量表》调查,使用SPSS12.0软件包分析。结果:在校就读期间和实习期间自主学习能力及其三个维度即:自我管理能力、信息能力、合作能力无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:护理专业学生自主学习能力总体得分不高,护理专业的学生自主学习能力不同阶段均未得到有针对性培养,这是护理教育改革面对的问题。 Objective:To understand the condition of the autonomous learning ability of professional nursing students at the two stages of practice and learning in the school. Methods: Investigation based on "The assessment form of the autonomous learning ability of professional nursing students" and statistical analysis by using SPSS12.0 software package. Results : At the two stages of learning in school and practicing in hospital, there is no statistical significance in the abilities of autonomous learning, self-control, information acquiring and co-operation. Conclusion: The total score rate of the nursing students' ability of autonomous learning is not high and their ability of autonomous learning in different stages has not been trained directly. This is the problem that the nursing education reform is facing.
