耳鼻咽喉科全英语教学的实践与体会 被引量:6

摘要 我校耳鼻咽喉科学教研室在留学生中进行全英专业教学两年余,积累了教学经验,并完成辅助专业英文教材的编写,效果满意。师资队伍得到了锻炼和提高。同时发现尽管全英教学顺利开展并得到学生好评,但也暴露了一些弊端,即留学生无法掌握汉语医学用语,也无法与患者交流,影响了临床实习。解决办法是从"全英"过渡到"双语",最终达到中国籍和外国籍学生在同一课堂接受同样的双语教学。 Otolaryngological lecture in English for international students has been held in our university for more than two years. An otolarynological textbook in English has been successfully composed and satisfactorg teaching effect has been produced. Our teacher team has been trained with obvious improvement of English expression. Some drawbacks of teaching in English are noticed, and international students are unable to master professional Chinese vocabulary, which results in communication difficulty with Chinese patients during clinical practicing courses. The solution is gradually to shift from "whole English" to " bilingual" teaching in order to make international students as well as Chinese students master professional knowledge both in Chinese and in English.
