From the point of view of implementing scientific development, the author made a summary on their practice of cutting payroll to improve efficiency and implementing socialization of logistics guarantee. The practice included mainly the following measures ： mobilizing each staff to participate, aiming at dealing with concrete matters relating to work, importing socialization guarantee.
