摘要
从医院落实科学发展观的角度,总结了减员增效、引入后勤社会化保障的做法:展开全方位动员,打造减员增效基础;着眼于求真务实,狠抓减员增效关键;引入社会化保障,实现减员增效目标。
From the point of view of implementing scientific development, the author made a summary on their practice of cutting payroll to improve efficiency and implementing socialization of logistics guarantee. The practice included mainly the following measures : mobilizing each staff to participate, aiming at dealing with concrete matters relating to work, importing socialization guarantee.
