“经济型医院”构建研究

A Discussion on the Establishment of Economical Hospital

为适应国家卫生体制改革和加入WTO后医疗市场的巨大变化,本文提出根据经济规律对传统的医院管理模式进行变革,构建有别于传统模式的"经济型医院"。"经济型医院"内涵在于视医院为一个经济主体、强调成本意识和资源优化配置,在构建"经济型医院"时,应注意医院市场定位、职业化管理人才、严格管理体系、良好医院文化和健全激励机制等方面的问题。

Along with the reform of national health system and the entrance into WTO, the medical market has changed greatly. The authors put forward that the traditional hospital management model must be transformed and the concept of ＂Economical Hospital＂ just meet the demand of these changes. The core meaning of ＂Economical Hospital＂ consists regarding hospital as an economical body and emphasizing cost idea and optimal allocation of re- sources. During the practice of ＂Economical Hospital＂, the manager would better pay more attention to the orientation of hospital and professional manager, establish strict management system and nice hospital culture and incentive mechanism.
