军队医院野战医疗所建设要素分析

Analysis on the Elements of Establishment of the Field Medical station in Military Hospital

目的:分析当前军队医院野战医疗所建设的基本要素构成,为其科学合理的建设提供参考。方法:采用文献法提供参考资料,问卷调查法提供部分军队医院机动卫勤分队建设情况资料,专家咨询法进行要素的分析。结果:明确了建设相关的一级要素6个、二级要素13个、三级要素37个。结论:军队医院应依据建设要素逐一落实,提升机动卫勤保障能力。

Objectives： To analysis the basic elements of field medical station of military hospital, to make its construction more scientific and reasonable. Methods： Adopting literatures to supply reference, and questionnaire investigation to provide information of construction of mobile medical service unit in part military hospitals, and Delphi to analyze the elements of construction. Results： The author identified 6 first - class elements, 13 second - class elements, and 37 tertiary - class elements. Conclusions ： Military hospital should implement these elements in the process of construction to enhance the capability of mobile health service.
