Due to the sharp competition of the hospital market, it＇s very important to attach more importance on the declaration, management and utilization of the patent. By doing this, it can enhance the hospital competence, increase economical income and promote the development of the hospital. This paper clarified the legal problems of the management of hospital patent and pointed out that it was vital for hospital to strengthen the management of patent.
