进气位置对陶瓷过滤器影响的试验研究

摘要 对进气位置对陶瓷过滤器对气流分布和粉尘层结构的影响进行了试验研究。结果表明:中部进气时气流沿过滤元件轴向的分布比上部进气和下部进气要均匀。在相同的ΔPC/Δm下,中部进气时的粉尘层渗透率比上部进气和下部进气的大,且沿过滤元件轴向粉尘层渗透率相差较小。 The influence of gas inlet position on the distribution of gas along filter axis and configuration of dust layer was investigated. Results showed that the distribution of gas along filter axis was more uniform when gas was introduced through the middle. Furthermore, with given△Pc/△m, the penetrability of dust layer was the largest when the gas inlet position was in the middle and penetrability distribution along axis was more reasonable.
