儿科门诊护患沟通不畅的原因及对策 被引量:1

摘要 分析门诊儿科患者及家长对护患沟通不满意的原因。认为提高护士的语言和非语言沟通技巧、使用文明礼貌用语,可增加患儿及家长对护患沟通的满意度。
