摘要
本文研究了在pH=4.0醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液中,锰(Ⅱ)催化KIO4氧化5-Br-PADAP的褪色反应及其动力学条件,建立了一个测定痕量锰的高灵敏度新方法。方法灵敏度为1.32×10-10g/ml。测定范围Mn2+浓度为0~1.5μg/25ml,用于测定人发、自来水、茶叶中痕量锰。
The decolourizing reaction and kinetic conditions of oxidizing 5 Br PADAP with KIO 4 catalyzed by Mn(Ⅱ) in buffer solution of HAC NaAC (pH=4.0) is discussed in this papers.A new method of determinating trace Mn(Ⅱ) with sensitivity of 1.32×10 -9 g/ml is established The new method with the range of Mn 2+ concentration between 0~1.5 μg/25 ml is applied to determinate the trace Mn(Ⅱ) of hair, water and tea sample with satisfactory results.
