摘要
本文研究了新显色剂5-(对羧基苯偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉(P-CPHQ)与钴(Ⅱ)的显色反应条件,在阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)存在下及pH4.8~5.8缓冲介质中,形成稳定的红色络合物,其最大吸收波长为510nm,ε=7.96×104Lmol-1cm-1,含钴量在0~14μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律。用本法直接测定了维生素B12和自来水中钴的含量。
The chromogentic reaction of Co(Ⅱ) with 5 (4 carboxylphenylazo) 8 hydroxyquinoline(P CPHQ) is studied.In the presence of CTMAB at ph 4.8~5.8 ,Co(Ⅱ) forms a red complex with P CPHQ The apparent molar absorptirity is 7.96×10 4 L.mol -1 .cm -1 at 510 nm,Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~14 ug/25 ml.The methed is applied to the determination of Co in vitamin B 12 and running water with satisfactory results.
