摘要
本文研究了新试剂5-(对胂酸苯偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉(PAPHQ)的性质及其与镍(Ⅱ)的显色反应。在CTMAB存在下,pH4.0~5.0乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲介质中,镍(Ⅱ)与PAPHQ形成1∶2的红色配合物。最大的吸收波长为517nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.02×105L.mol-1.cm-1,镍量在0~12μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律。本法具有简便、快速、灵敏度高、选择性较好等优点。
In this paper The color reaction of nickel(Ⅱ) with 5 (4 Arson phentlazo) 8 hydroxylguinoline (PAPHQ) is studied.In the presence of CTMAB and pH 4.0~5.0 NaAc HAC buffer solution,Ni(Ⅱ) reacts with PAPHQ to form a 1∶2 red complex .The complex exhibits a maximum absorption at 517 nm with an apparent molar absorptivity 1.02×10 5 L.mol -1 .cm -1 .Beer's Law is obeyed in the range of 0~12 μg Ni(Ⅱ)/25 ml.The method is sensitive and secective,the proposed method is applied to determine of microamounts of nickel in tea and bean.
