摘要
本文介绍了利用时间序列分析原理预测灾变的方法。现以预测某地区降雨作为例子，介绍了方法的原理与步骤。实践表明。
This paper introduces the method of forecasting calamity by use of the theory of time series analysis.Taking calamities forecast in some area for example, the theory and steps of the method is introduced. Practice shows the method has obvious advantages.
