公共图书馆公信力的构建

本文对构建公共图书馆公信力问题进行了探讨,认为加强公共图书馆公信力建设的必要性是图书馆职责要求,是生命线和是自我监督的前提;提出构建公共图书馆公信力要以道德作为支撑点,以公共责任为建设的基础,以法律和政策为建设的保证的思路。
