亚洲发展中国家开展发展绩效管理体系的现状与挑战

Status Quo and Challenges of Managing for Development Results in Asian Developing Countries

面向结果的发展绩效管理理论对于发展项目管理具有重要意义。在对OECD国家成功经验总结的基础之上,对亚洲发展中国家开展监测与评价体系的现状与障碍进行了介绍与分析,从而就提高发展中国家的发展评价能力提出了相关的建议和策略。

Result-based development performance is very meaningful for managing development projects. Based on the theory of management for development results （MfDR） , this paper describes the status quo and challenges for developing countries carrying out MfDR. Accordingly, some suggestions and strategies which is beneficial for improving the evaluation capacity are also put forward.
