摘要 本文叙述了太阳常数测定器有源腔型辐射计传感器30°正圆锥型空腔的研制方法。其主要特点是选择一种加工性能好的可溶性材料,加130°正圆锥模型,在其上面镀0.1mm厚的铜,经抛光、切割及溶解模型材料等步骤,获得0.05mm厚的钢箔锥型腔。 This paper describes a method for developing a 30° regular conical cavity for the active cavity radiometer sensor on the solar constant monitor. The main feature is to select a soluble material with superior process behavior and then it is processed into a 30°regular conical mould.The copper with 0.1mm thickness is electrodeposited on its surface followed by polishing, cutting and mould solving to form a conical cavity with 0.05mm- thick copper.
