阿妥伐他汀抑制结肠癌细胞增殖作用的研究

摘要
结、直肠癌发病率有显著上升趋势。他汀类药物具有减少心血管疾病发生率及抗肿瘤的双重作用，本研究旨在探讨阿妥伐他汀对结肠癌细胞增殖的抑制作用，为阿妥伐他汀的临床应用提供实验基础和理论依据。
