摘要
磁力机械在功能转化过程中,铜损和铁损引起转子系统温升,影响机械部件的稳定工作。本文应用ANSYS软件对转子系统温度场进行分析,得出二维、三维温度场分布,可用于指导合理的结构设计和冷却系统布置方式。
In the process of electromagnetic energy transforming into mechanical energy, on account of copper loss and iron loss, .the rotor system temperature may be raised which will influence the steady operation of mechanical parts. In the paper, by analyzing temperature field of rotor system by ANSYS, we get the distribution of two or three dimensional temperature fields, which is useful to guide reasonable structural design and collocation mode of cooling system.
