机械通气650例呼吸道管理体会 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨机械通气患者呼吸道的管理方法。方法:对650例机械通气患者在人工气道固定、气囊管理、气道湿化、分泌物的吸引和防止意外情况发生5方面加强护理。结果:650例患者中,治愈、好转、出院565例,放弃治疗52例,死亡33例。结论:加强对机械通气患者呼吸道的管理,可保证机械通气患者的最佳通气效果,减少意外情况发生。
