随着改革开放的进一步深入,非公有制企业在我国社会经济中所起的作用越来越大,成为我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分。在当前全面建设小康社会、构建社会主义和谐社会的大背景下,如何加强党对非公有制企业的领导,使之为社会主义和谐社会作贡献,成为党建工作的一大亮点。文章主要阐述和谐社会进程中非公有制企业党建工作面临的挑战和机遇,分析在非公有制企业开展党建工作存在的问题,提出要以思路和方法的创新来开展非公有制企业党建工作。

With the advancing of refomaing and opening to the world, nonpublic enterprises play a much more important role in our country＇s economy. It is the important component of socialistic market economy. At present, under the background of the building of a social harmonious society and all- round development of a well- to- do society, how to strengthen Party＇s leading of nonpublic enterprises and make it contribute to social harmonious society is a bright point of die work of Party＇ s building. The article mainly discusses the challenges and opportunities which the work of Party＇ s building about non - public enterprises is faced with in the course of harmionious society, analyses the existing problems and puts forward new ideas of drinking and methods of developing the work of Party＇ s building about non - public enterprises.
