摘要
针对师徒模式中的隐性知识共享,文章构建了完全信息博弈模型,通过改变组织对隐性知识共享的激励政策,产生了不同的博弈结果。在分析原因的基础上提出对策并得出结论,最后提出对文章所涉及的博弈模型的改进方向。
In this article,we conceive a matrix of static game of complete information to study tacit-knowledge-sharing in the mode of teacher-apprentice.And we find that if encouraging policies for promoting tacit-knowledge-sharing are changed,the different results will be got.According to this,we bring forward countermeasure and get conclusion.In the last part of the paper,we advance the direction of modifying the matrix
