The policies of reforms and opening to the outside world implemented in China since the 1980’s have brought about a steadily increased economy and stable political environment,which develop greatly air freight industry that has become an important component of air transport and is playing a great role in creating a prosperous national econmy and foreign trade. In order to meet the new requirements of air transportation and make air freight a new grewth point of China’s civil aviation industry,CAAC will make any effrt to carry out the dective policies and strategies to foster air freight industry.
