摘要
研究了ZG30SiMnTi耐磨钢熔模精铸链轮的化学成分、冶炼方法、铸造工艺及热处理方法,比较分析了ZG30SiMnTi和ZG45Mn两种链轮材料的主要技术性能指标和经济指标。用ZG30SiMnTi代替ZG45Mn,提高了链轮材料的强度和耐磨性,既可提高链轮使用寿命,又可降低成本。
The paper studied chemical composition accurate, smelt method, casting technique and heat treatment method for wear resisting steel of ZG30SiMnTi to cast the sprocket, compared the main technology function index and economic target of ZG30SiMnTi and ZG45Mn two kinds sprockets material. Use ZG30SiMnTi to replace ZG45Mn production intensity and abrasion resistance of sprocket which not only improve sprocket life time, but also reduce enterprise stigmatism cost.
