摘要
土坝安全评估,是对大坝抗洪性能、结构抗滑稳定、抗震性能和大坝病害缺陷因素进行综合评估。通过建立土坝安全综合评估模型,制定评估指标等级标准和各项指标权重,确定土坝安全综合评估等级临界判断标准,进而确定水库大坝的安全程度,划分出水库安全类别。该项成果已对26座水库大坝进行了评估,对水库安全状况能较为客观、准确评价,避免了大坝安全鉴定人为因素影响,具有广泛推广应用价值。
Evaluation of the earth clam safety is a comprehensive assessment on the performance in fighting against floods of the darn, the anti-slide stability of the structure, the anti-seismic characteristics and the factors of earth clam defects. By way of building models of the evaluation of the earth clam safety, laying clown evalu- ation index grade standard and index weight, establishing critical grade criteria of the assessment on clam safety, the author endeavors to determine and classify the clam safety of reservoirs. The achievement has performed evaluations on 26 clams of reservoir and has assessed more objectively and accurately on the safety of reservoirs, which avoids artificial factors to clam safety appraisement of reservoirs, hence illustrates a good prospect of extensive popularization and application.
